In this repository are all files necessary to run the agent-based model developed in "Insights into drivers of mobility and cultural dynamics of African hunter-gatherers over the past 120 000 years", Royal Society Open Science, 10(11), 2023. The statistics toolbox is required but no additional packages are necessary. The authors of this project are Johannes Zonker, Cecilia Padilla-Iglesias and Natasa Djurdjevac Conrad.The model was jointly developed by all three authors. The MATLAB code has been written by Johannes Zonker. The data was made available for this project by Cecilia Padilla-Iglesias.
