The authors investigate a pair of planets (or planetary satellites) captured in 2:1 and 3:1 mean-motion resonance, in which the inner mass is under the action of an anti-dissipative force that continuously increases its semi-major axis. Contrary to restricted formulations, the two planets (or satellites) have finite masses. The authors present numerical simulations of dynamical evolution of satellites due to tidal effects, considering the orbital variation after a capture in 2:1 and 3:1 mean-motion resonances. The evolution of resonant trapped bodies shows a richness of solutions of libration type.
