Let \(P_j u= 0\), \(j= 1,\dots, s\), be a system of linear PDEs which is Fuchsian with respect to the hypersurface \(Y\) in \(\mathbb{C}^{n+ 1}\). The problem in this paper is to compute effectively the characteristic exponents and the system of equations which are satisfied by their boundary values. Recall that the well known Gröbner's basis method for polynomial rings was used by different authors for various rings of differential operators. Here, Gröbner bases for rings \(D\) of differential operators with analytic coefficients and filtration \(F\) are introduced (FD-Gröbner basis) and the announced problem is completely solved for such bases by analytic and local analytic algorithmic methods. An analogous version of the above mentioned problem is developed for rational coefficients (RD-Groöbner basis) by global algebraic methods.
