In this article, the authors study the $\bar \partial$-equation on a family of domains $D^t$ in $\mathbf{C}^n$ with parameter $t\in[0,1]$. They obtain the Hölder regularity (boundary regularity for (1) and interior regularity for (2)) of the solutions of the $\bar \partial$-equations on \par (1) a family of bounded domains under certain smoothness assumption with each $D^t$ being strongly pseudoconvex; \par (2) a family of domains admitting plurisubharmonic uniform exhaustion functions. \par To prove the main results, the authors use the Grauert bumps to extend $\bar \partial$-closed forms to a continuous family of larger domains. They obtain regularity results first for a smooth family of strictly convex domains, then apply the classical integral solution operator to obtain part (1) of the main results by the extension method. Then they are able to construct Henkin-Ramírez functions and obtain a homotopy formula for the family of strictly pseudoconvex domains. A parametrized version of the Oka-Weil approximation is obtained by using Henkin-Ramírez functions and part (2) of the main results is proved. As an application, the authors solve a parametrized version of the Levi problem and a parametrized version of Cousin problems at the end of the paper.
