Stable under specialization sets and cofiniteness
From MaRDI portal
Abstract: Let be a commutative noetherian ring, and a stable under specialization subset of . We introduce a notion of -cofiniteness and study its main properties. In the case , or , or is semilocal with , we show that the category of -cofinite -modules is abelian. Also, in each of these cases, we prove that the local cohomology module is -cofinite for every homologically left-bounded -complex whose homology modules are finitely generated and every .
