The authors first present a hierarchy of integrable lattice equation and derive a hierachy of nonlinear lattice equation by the method of Lax pair. Then they establish the Hamiltonian structures of the resulting hierarchy by means of the discrete trace identity. Finally, they try to construct a novel algebraic system and it's extension to generate discrete integrable couplings.
