The authors consider the Löwner differential equation in ordinary derivatives generating univalent self-maps of the unit disk or of the upper half-plane. It was shown by Kufarev that if the driving term is not continuous, a solution of Löwner's equation need not be a one-slit map. \textit{J. Lind} et al. [Duke Math. J. 154, No. 3, 527--573 (2010; Zbl 1206.30024)] showed that if the Lip(1/2) norm of the driving term is less than \(4\), then Löwner's equation generates slit solutions. The authors construct a family of non-slit solutions with driving term of Lip(1/2) norm in the whole spectrum of values \([4,+\infty)\). They also study singular slit solutions in the half-plane.
