This paper proves the sheaf-theoretic counterpart of the classic Cartan-Dieudonné theorem. More precisely, it is proved that ``\(\mathcal{A}\)-isometries on a convenient \(\mathcal{A}\)-module \(\mathcal{E}\) of rank \(n\) can be decomposed in at most \(n\) orthogonal symmetries (reflections) with respect to non-isotropic hyperplanes''. However, it is required that the coefficient sheaf of \(\mathbb{C}\)-algebras \(\mathcal{A}\) is PID (that is, the \(\mathbb{C}\)-algebra of local sections on each open subset \(U\) of \(X\), \(\mathcal{A}(U)\), is a principal ideal domain) and if \((\mathcal{E}, \phi)\) is a paring with \(\phi\) a non-degenerate \(\mathcal{A}\)-bilinear morphism, \(\mathcal{E}\) is assumed to have nowhere-zero (local) isotropic sections. This last condition can be dropped in the case that \(\mathcal{E}\) is a Riemannian \(\mathcal{A}\)-module. These interesting results were organized in a very objective and self-contained paper, easy readable, which facilitates its understanding.
