We consider an arbitrary system whose input is fed by some signals. The reaction of the system to the input signals may be either right (correct) or wrong (incorrect). At each time \(t\), the reliability of the system is characterized by the parameter \(p(t)\), equal to the probability that the system reaction to the signal fed into the input at time \(t\) is correct. At random times the system goes through (instant) modification, which alters the parameter \(p(t)\). We focus on the behavior of the process \(p(t)\) within the framework of various recursive models of reliability growth.
