The author studies an inhomogeneous boundary value problem for the viscous incompressible stationary magneto-hydrodynamic equations with tangential component of the magnetic field specified on the boundary and the Dirichlet condition for velocity. Under some assumptions on given initial data, it is proved that there exists globally a class of weak solution, in which the magnetic component has weaker differential properties than the velocity. Further, the local uniqueness of such weak solution is proved.
