Es handelt sich um die von \textit{Broggi} (1930; JFM 56.0308.*) entdeckte Integraldarstellung \[ \frac 1{p(s)}=\int\limits_0^\infty e^{-st}P(t)\,dt \] des Polynoms \(p(s)\). Sie gilt in der Halbebene \(\Re s > \operatorname{Max} \Re \alpha_\nu\), wenn \(\alpha_\nu\) die Wurzeln von \(p(s\)) sind. \(P(t)\) ist eine explicite angebbare ganze Funktion. Für einfache Wurzeln \(\alpha_\nu\) ist \[ P(t)=\sum \frac{e^{\alpha_\nu t}}{p'(\alpha_\nu)}. \] Diese Integraldarstellung wird erneut hergeleitet, mit der \textit{Borel}schen Summationsmethode in Beziehung gesetzt und auf gewisse meromorphe Funktionen erweitert.
