Es wird zuerst eine Modifizierung des in Teil I der vorliegenden Arbeit (1928; F.~d.~M. 54, 780) gelösten Problems behandelt, indem die geometrische Berührung durch die analytische ersetzt wird. Es folgt eine eingehende Analyse des Problems, die (geometrische und analytische) Berührungsordnung von zwei Projektionen derselben Kurve zu bestimmen, wobei die Projektionszentren beliebige lineare Räume sind. Das allgemeine Ergebnis wird anschaulich ausgedrückt und durch verschiedene Spezialfälle illustriert.
