The author's aim is to simplify the main statements of his work [Sib. Mat. Zh. 10, 246-286, 744-799 (1969; Zbl 0213.31801)]. He introduces the notion of an abstract \(\overline{SNA}\)-semigroup and proves the following statements. The multiplicative semigroup of an \(\overline{SNA}\)-algebra is an abstract \(\overline{SNA}\)-semigroup and its quotient group is an abstract \(\overline{SNA}\)-group. An abstract \(\overline{SNA}\)-semigroup is embeddable into a group. An abstract \(\overline{SNA}\)-group is a group with relative standard normal form.
