    [For part I see ibid. 1, No.1, 23-30 (1988; Zbl 0715.34114).] Consider \(u'\in F(t,u)\), \(u(0)=x_ 0\in D\) for some F: [0,a]\(\times D\to 2^{{\mathbb{R}}^ n}\setminus \emptyset\), \(D\subset {\mathbb{R}}^ n\). \(T_ D(x)\) denotes the tangent cone of D at x. The author generalizes some of the known results to conclude that: (a) the system has a solution if \(F(t,x)\cap T_ D\neq \emptyset\), F is closed convex valued, measurable in t and usc in x; (b) it has a solution, provided that \(F(t,x)\subset T_ D(x)\), F is closed valued and almost lsc.
