Let \(\varOmega\subset\mathbb C^n\) be a bounded strongly pseudoconvex domain, let \(\mu\) be a positive measure on \(\varOmega\), and let \(h\in\mathcal C(\partial\varOmega)\). The author characterizes two subclasses \(\mathcal G\) of \(\mathcal{PSH}(\varOmega)\) (extending the Cegrell classes \(\mathcal E_p\)) such that if there exists a \(v\in\mathcal G\) with \((dd^cv)^n\geq\mu\), then there exists a \(u\in\mathcal G\) with \((dd^cu)^n=\mu\) and \(\lim_{z\to\xi}u(z)=h(\xi)\), \(\xi\in\partial\varOmega\). Moreover, he shows that there exists an \(f\in L^1(\varOmega)\) such that, for \(\mu:=fd\lambda\), there is no \(v\in\mathcal G\) with \((dd^cv)^n\geq\mu\).
