Let N be a conformal K-contact Riemannian manifold, this means that N is equipped with a special almost contact metric structure (\(\phi\),\(\xi\),\(\eta\),g) where, in particular, \(\xi\) is a conformal Killing vector field. The main result of the paper says that every invariant submanifold M (i.e., \(\xi_ p\in T_ pM\) and \(\phi (T_ pM)\subset T_ pM\) for all \(p\in M)\) is minimal. Furthermore, it is already totally geodesic, if some condition is satisfied, which is weaker than semi-parallelity of the second fundamental form. These results generalize the analogous theorems of \textit{M. Kon} [Tensor, New Ser. 27, 158-160 (1973; Zbl 0278.53040)] and \textit{H. Endo} [ibid. 28, 154-156 (1974; Zbl 0288.53027)] in K-contact Riemannian manifolds.
