This paper presents an new class of monogenic functions called \textit{steering monogenic functions}. This class of functions is generated by families of complex-valued functions which are closed under conjugation and under the action of the classical Cauchy-Riemann operator. Exponential, trigonometric, and power steering monogenic functions are constructed.
