On solar properties of sets and radial continuity of set-valued f- projections (Q1081049): Difference between revisions

For a continuous convex function f defined on a separated locally convex space X one defines the f-projection \(P_ f\) supported on a non-empty closed subset V of X. In this paper the authors first study conditions on V and on the set-valued mapping \(P_ f\) which are sufficient for V to be an f-sun. They then study radial semicontinuity concepts for the mapping \(P_ f\) as well as the relation between the continuity of \(P_ f\) and the properties of the set V.
