We define a unique Hermitian connection \(\nabla\) on a Hermitian manifold (M,g,J) whose torsion tensor satisfies certain conditions. We study the group of holomorphically projective (h.p.) transformations \(P_ 0(M,H)\) and of the analytic h.p. subgroup \(P_ 0(M,H,A)\). The analytic vector fields are characterized. We demonstrate that the transformations both projective for \(\nabla\) and analytic are affine for the associated linear symmetric connection \(\nabla\). We define the analytic h.p. invariants. We determine conditions for the h.p. groups to coincide with the affine group or the M isometry group. We consider different cases: The conditions are about the signature of a quadratic form depending on the scalar curvature and the torsion tensor. In the Kählerian case we deduce from previous results that on a compact Kähler manifold with non positive, constant scalar curvature R, the \(P_ 0(M,H)\) coincides with the isometry group. We also consider the case where R is constant and strictly positive.
