In the paper by means of Tikhonov's fixed point theorem the existence of a solution of the Hardy class \(H_ 2\) to a class of quasi-linear Riemann-Hilbert problems of the following type is proved: Find a holomorphic function \(w(z)=u(z)+iv(z)\) in the unit disk G in the complex z plane which fulfils the boundary condition \[ u(t)+\Phi [u,v](t)v(t)=\Psi [u,v](t) \] on the boundary \(\Gamma\) of G and the additional condition \(v=0\) at \(z=0\), where \(\Phi\) : \(L_ 2(\Gamma)\times L_ 2(\Gamma)\to C(\Gamma)\) is a weakly-strongly continuous mapping and \(\Psi\) : \(L_ 2(\Gamma)\times L_ 2(\Gamma)\to L_ 2(\Gamma)\) a weakly continuous one satisfying some additional assumptions.
