The influence of a homogeneous longitudinal magnetic field on the mass transfer of a spherical solid particle or fluid droplet in viscous electrically conducting liquid flow is studied. Based on the known field of liquid velocities, the distribution of concentration, the diffusion flow density, and the Nusselt number are calculated.
