In the classical mechanics there exist two qualitatively different sorts of motion: the regular motion of an integrable system, and the chaotic motion of a non-integrable one. The book is devoted to the signatures of the quantum chaos and the following problems are described: 1. The quantum chaos of systems regular on classical level is described within quasiclassical Einstein-Brillouin- Keller approximation, 2. the author investigates systems, like kicked rotator, for which the quantization removes the classical chaos (this effect is connected with the phenomenon of Anderson localization), 3. the universality of quantum chaos is formulated and investigated within the theory of random matrices, and 4. the dissipative properties of quantum systems are investigated. New effects leading to quantum chaos in classically nonchaotic models (as wave chaos, or irregular scattering) are not included. The book represents a useful introduction into this rapidly developing branch of physics.
