This paper contains only trivial observations which are direct consequences of the Birkhoff's ergodic theorem and are very well-known to the Ergodic Theory community in general. Besides the results, the author also seems to be unaware of the standard (i.e., widely accepted) terminology (e.g., his use of the word ``weakly almost periodic'' is inappropriate). Finally, the question he has raised about the existence of a system with non-atomic ergodic measure whose minimal sets are periodic orbits is already answered in the construction of an example by B. Weiss and Y. Katznelson several years ago.
