Let \(F\) be an \(n\)-dimensional local field of characteristic 0 with the first residue field (with respect to the discrete valuation of rank 1) of characteristic \(p\). For a semi-ramified Galois extension \(L/F\) (all ramification indices are not divisible by \(p\)) the authors study the structure of the group of principal units \(U_{1,L}\) as \(\mathbb{Z}_ p[\text{Gal}(L/F)]\)-module. The methods involved are direct generalizations of Vostokov's method applied earlier for the classical local fields [see exercise 9 section 1 of Chapter IV and exercise 3 section 2 of Chapter VI in \textit{I. Fesenko} and \textit{S. Vostokov}, Local fields and their extensions: a constructive approach (AMS, Providence, R.I., 1993; Zbl 0481.11043) for further information].
