L'Auteur expose, dans le cadre d'un espace complexe normal, les différents aspects et les principaux résultats d'une théorie fondée par \textit{K. Stein} [Math. Ann. 132, 63-93 (1956; Zbl 0074.063)] et poursuivie par lui-même [Math. Ann. 265, 137-148 (1983; Zbl 0504.32007) et Math. Ann. 278, 175-183 (1987; Zbl 0651.32008)]. L'extension au cas réel requiert la définition, à l'aide de représentants locaux, d'espaces analytiques réels complexifiables.
