Camouflet explosion of a cylindrical charge of an explosive in the water- nonsaturated ground is considered. Expansion of the detonation products is described by the binormal isentropic equation. The ground is modelled as a hard porous three-component viscoplastic medium with variable coefficient of viscosity. A numerical solution is obtained using explicit finite-difference scheme. Stress and strain fields are studied depending on the ground parameters. Numerical results on the base of models with constant and variable viscosity are compared.
