    [For part I see the author in ibid. 25, No. 7, 731-741 (1994; Zbl 0811.30020).] Let \(f\) and \(g\) be two nonconstant meromorphic functions and \(S\) be a subset of \(\widehat{\mathbb{C}}\). If \(\overline E_f(S)=\overline E_g(S)\), we say \(f\) and \(g\) share the set \(S\) IM. This paper proved twelve uniqueness theorems with distinct share sets on entire and meromorphic functions, e.g. Let \(S_1=\{a_1+b_1,a_1+b_1w,\dots,a_1+b_1w^{n-1}\}\) and \(S_2=\{a_2+ b_2,a_2+b_2u,\dots, a_2+b_2u^{m-1}\}\), where \(n,m>14\) and \(a_1\), \(b_1\), \(a_2\), \(b_2\) are constants such that \(b_1b_2\neq 0\) and \(a_1\neq b_2\). Suppose that \(f\), \(g\) are nonconstant meromorphic functions satisfying \(\overline E_f(S_1)=\overline E_g(S_1)\) and \(\overline E_f(S_2)=\overline E_g(S_2)\), then \(f\equiv g\).
