For a finite module \(M\) over a (finite) ring \(R\) with a unit, the author denotes by \(L_M\) the iterative algebra of all polynomials of \(M\) (in general by iterative algebra over a set \(A\) there is meant any set of functions defined on \(A\), closed with respect to superposition, addition of fictive arguments, rearrangement, and identification of variables) and by \(\text{Sub}(L_M)\) the lattice of its subalgebras. The scope of this paper is to start a complete description of the lattice \(\text{Sub}(L_M)\). So, the author constructs a decomposition of \(\text{Sub}(L_M)\) into four parts and indicates some properties of every one of these parts. The length of the article does not allow to represent even sketches of proofs (these proofs are promised to be given in complete form in some future works).
