For a bounded linear operator \(T\) on a separable Hilbert space \(H\), C. K. Fong defined the essential maximal numerical range by the formula: \[ \text{Ess\,}W_0(T)=\{\lambda\in{\mathbb C}; \langle Tx_n,x_n\rangle\to\lambda, \text{ for } \| x_n\|=1,\;x_n\to 0 \text{ weakly, and } \| Tx_n\|\to \| T\|_e\}, \] where \(\| T\|_e\) denotes the norm of \(T\) in the Calkin algebra. The authors generalize this notion to \(n\)-tuples of operators and examine some elementary properies of it.
