This paper considers equilibrium problems formulated as : find \(u\in U\) such that \[ \psi(u,v)\geq 0, \forall v\in U; \] where \(U\) is a closed convex subset of a Banach space \(E\) and \(\psi\) is real-valued function defined on \(U\times U.\) The authors suggest first a suitable regularization problem which they combine with the so called D-gap function and then establish the solutions of the above problem by means of a descent algorithm.
