Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit folgendem Satze: ``Wenn \(A, B, C\) die drei Ecken eines Dreiecks und \(A'B'C'\) irgend drei collineare Punkte auf den drei entgegengesetzten Seiten sind, so theilt jeder Kegelschnitt, welcher irgend zwei der drei folgenden Linien \(AA', BB', CC'\) harmonisch theilt, auch die dritten harmonisch'', nebst dem Analogen für drei Seiten \(A, B, C\) und den entsprechenden Sätzen für drei Dimensionen, und fünfzehn Folgerungen.
