Der Verfasser beschreibt ein neues einfaches Ocular, das aus drei zusammengekitteten Linsen besteht, von denen die beiden äusseren aus Crownglas, die mittlere aus Flintglas sind; diese Combination wird dann nach bekannten Methoden genau untersucht.
