This is an interesting contribution to the Ricci flow of a family of solv-geometry metrics on twisted torus bundles. The author proves the following result: If \(g\) is any solv-Gowdy metric on a twisted torus bundle \(M_\Lambda^3\), there is a locally homogeneous metric \(h\) in its quasi-convergence class \([g]\). Moreover, if \(h\) corresponds to the data \((\alpha(\theta),\Omega,F)\) the locally homogeneous metrics in \([g]\) are exactly those with the data \((l+\alpha(\theta),\Omega,F), l\in R\). (For the definition of these quantities consult the original article.).
