The authors discuss bounded operators in separable complex Hilbert spaces and present a new approach of convergence analysis of Krylov methods based on some derived bounds for polynomials of operators. The growth of the resolvent function for a linear bounded operator is estimated in terms that are not sensitive to low rank perturbations. The concepts of sequence of monic polynomials and meromorphic functions are used.
