Here, the solutions to the direct and inverse spectral problems for the boundary value problem \[ y^{\prime\prime}+\lambda^2y-i\lambda py-qy=0,\quad 0<x<a, \] \[ y(0)=0,\quad y^\prime(a)+(-m\lambda^2+i\alpha\lambda+\beta)y(a)=0, \] where \(\lambda\) is a spectral parameter, \(\{a,p,m,\alpha\}\subset(0,\infty)\), \(\beta\) is real and \(q\) is a real function in \(W^2_2(0,a)\), are given without proof.
