The author shows how, by means of a gauge transformation, a stable Fuchsian system yields a reducible Fuchsian system. Also given is an estimate on the orders of the transformation matrix with respect to \((x-a_i)\) at the singular points \(a_i\), \(i=1,\ldots,n\).
