The authors consider the theoretical and applied problems arising in the efficiency analysis of investment projects in the development of technical-and-economic systems. Information technology of financial-and-economic analysis and efficiency estimation are proposed. Studies of actual investment projects are based on information from the following sources: corporate database about the current financial-and-economic activity of the enterprise, realized development projects, results of marketing analysis, estimates of the possibilities of the licensors of technological processes; database of the project technological parameters (usually generated on the basis of technological models) storing information about the technical-and-economic parameters of the alternative variants of realization of the investment project; special-purpose databases of the consulting information organizations (of federal, regional, and industrial levels) storing information about the legal norms and general economic environment of the project. The collected information is aggregated in the database of the investment project and is used at the subsequent stages of the investment analysis. Computer-aided decision-support facilities are described.
