    Soit \(f\) une application holomorphe univalente, tangente en 0 à l'identité, définie sur un domaine \(U\) de \(\mathbb{C}^n\). Poursuivant leur étude du phénomène de distorsion [partie I--III, Chin. Sci. Bull. 35, No. 14, 1169-1171 (1990; Zbl 0725.32003); Chin. Ann. Math., Ser. B 13, 4, 471-484 (1992; Zbl 0766.32003); Chin. Ann. Math., Ser. B 14, No. 3, 367-386 (1993; Zbl 0787.32027)], les Auteurs traitent ici le cas où \(U\) est borné symétrique et \(f(U)\) étoilé par rapport à 0. Ils montrent aussi que, si \(U\) (non nécessairement symétrique) est compris entre les boules \(B(0,r)\) et \(B(0,R)\), et \(f(U)\) convexe, alors chaque dérivée partielle seconde de \(f\) en 0 est de norme \(\leq 2R/r^2\).
