This paper continues the studies of unsteady internal waves in stratified and rotating fluids excited by oscillating curvilinear segments. The authors consider the problem when the distribution of the velocity component normal to a curve segment \(\Gamma\) is prescribed on \(\Gamma\). In this case, the statement of the problem involves, in addition to boundary conditions for the tangential derivative of the stream function, a special relation on the curve segment \(\Gamma\). The authors reduce the original initial-boundary problem to an integral equation supplemented with an additional condition. The existence of a solution to the problem is proved.
