The author considers an interfacial crack between two elastic half-planes with different properties. It is claimed that in the presented solution the overlapping of the crack edges in a neighborhood of crack tip is eliminated. The author uses the modified formulae of Kolosov and Muskhelishvili according to Cherepanov. Transition to Riemann surfaces is realized by introducing two new unknown functions \(F_1(z)\) and \(F_2(z)\), and the Riemann boundary value problem is formulated in detail. The paper does not give a definition of loading as concentrated forces, and also does not formulate the inclusion problem (it is reviewer's belief that the author was aiming to consider rigid-line inclusion-anticracks). This is a purely mathematical contribution without physical comments and numerical results.
