In the paper authors consider the existence of stationary solutions of a system coupling singular Navier-Stokes equations with the enthalpy-heat equation. The model can be used for describing the solidification process of certain classes of materials, where the possibility of flow in the melt is taken into consideration. The singular Navier-Stokes equations holden in the a priori unknown molten region. The problem is a nonlinear free-boundary value problem. The existence of generalized solutions is proved using a sequence of approximate problems.
