The Schrödinger operator \(H=-\Delta+V\), where \(V\) is a multiplication operator with a periodic potential, is considered. Perturbation series for Bloch eigenvalues and spectral projections are constructed on a set of quasimomenta. The case is studied when there exists a real refraction in the crystal, i.e. the perturbation is significant. Perturbation formulas for quasimomenta in a vicinity of the Laue diffraction planes are derived. The Bloch eigenvalues and their spectral projections of \(H\), which are close to those of some model operator, roughly taking into account the refraction inside the crystal, are described, also in high energy region, and not only for unstable eigenvalues, but also for their spectral projections in the three-dimensional situation, for the singular and nonsingular sets of quasimomenta. The series determining the spectral projection is derived. The behavior of the isoenergetic surface in the vicinity of the singular set and the geometric construction of the singular set of quasimomenta are studied.
