Verf. beschäftigt sich mit dem Problem der Transformation wirtschaftlicher Quantitäten und den entsprechenden arithmetischen Operationen. Die allgemeinen Betrachtungen wendet er an auf die Lehre vom Grundzins, auf das Paretosche Gesetz, für das er schwedisches Zahlenmaterial herbeizieht, und auf die Lehre vom Tausch.
