Als notwendige und hinreichende Bedingung für die projektive Transformation zweier Flächen zweiten Grades in zwei einander berührende Kugeln wird festgestellt, daß der Durchschnitt der beiden Flächen aus einem nicht reellen Kegelschnitt und einem Paar konjugiert-imaginärer Geraden bestehen muß. Unter dieser Bedingung werden die Koeffizienten der Transformation ermittelt.
