Es wird gezeigt, daß die \textit{de Broglie}\,sche Lichtquantentheorie den vom Verf. aufgestellten allgemeinen Postulaten der Quantenmechanik (1933; JFM 59.0796.*) genügt. Die \textit{Dirac}\,sche Strahlungstheorie erscheint als erste Näherung der \textit{de Broglie}\,schen Theorie.
