The author proves the theorem of \textit{C. D. Aliprantis}, \textit{D. J. Brown} and \textit{O. Burkinshaw} [Econometrica 55, 1109-1137 (1987; Zbl 0636.90008)] on the equivalence of Edgeworth production equilibria and pseudo-equilibria in a more general setting. He considers production economies with unordered preferences and general consumption sets in a vector lattice commodity space. He adapts the approach of \textit{A. Mas-Colell}, \textit{S. F. Richard}, [J. Econ. Theory 53, 1-11 (1991; Zbl 0723.90008)] and proves his theorem by applying a separating hyperplane argument in the space of all allocations. He also generalizes \textit{K. Podczeck} [J. Math. Econ. 25, 465-485 (1996; Zbl 0873.90016)], important result on the relationship between continuous and discontinuous equilibrium prices to the case of production.
