Let \({\mathcal E}({\mathbb R}^m)\) denote the Fréchet space of all infinitely differentiable complex-valued functions on \({\mathbb R}^m\), under the topology of compact convergence in all derivatives. An autoregressive (AR) convolution system in \({\mathcal E}({\mathbb R}^m)\) is a system whose behavior is described by an AR-relation of the form \(Lx=0\), where \(L:{\mathcal E}({\mathbb R}^m)\to {\mathcal E}({\mathbb R}^n)\) is a continuous linear shift-invariant operator. Such an operator \(L\) can be represented also as the convolution with a matrix \(P\in {\mathcal E}'({\mathbb R})^{n\times m}\), whose each entry belongs to the convolution algebra \({\mathcal E}'({\mathbb R})\) of all compactly supported distributions. Given a matrix \(P\in {\mathcal E}'({\mathbb R})^{n\times m}\), the behavior of the corresponding AR-convolution system is uniquely determined by the \text{Ker}nel of the convolution operator \(\sigma[P]: \text{Ker}(\sigma[P])=\{ x\in {\mathcal E}({\mathbb R})^m\mid \sigma[P]x=0\}\). If \(P\in {\mathcal E}'({\mathbb R})^{n_1 \times m}\) and \(Q\in {\mathcal E}'({\mathbb R})^{n_2 \times m}\) a system representations of behavior \(\text{Ker} (\sigma[P])\) and \(\text{Ker} (\sigma[Q])\) in \({\mathcal E}({\mathbb R}^m)\), respectively, then these system representations are called equivalent if \(\text{Ker} (\sigma[P])= \text{Ker} (\sigma[Q])\). If, in this setting, \(\text{Ker} (\sigma[P])\subset \text{Ker} (\sigma[Q])\) then one talks about system inclusion. Here, the criteria for system equivalence and system inclusion in the one-variable case (\(n=m=1\)) are formulated in terms of divisibility conditions over the convolution algebra \({\mathcal E}'({\mathbb R})\). For multivariable systems, the relationship between system inclusion and surjectivity of the convolution operators is studied.
