In this paper the authors introduce in a Jordan context the concept of associator semisimple. Let \(J\) be a Jordan algebra over a field of characteristic \(0.\) A subspace \(U\) of \(J\) is said to be an associator ideal of \(J\) if \((U,J,J)\subset U,\) for \((\;, \;, \;)\) the associator of \(J.\) If \(U\) is an associator ideal in \(J\) we can consider \(U^{(0)} = U\), \(U^{(1)} = (J,U,U),\dots\), \(U^{(n)} = (J, U^{(n-1)},U^{(n-1)}), \ldots \) If there exits \(n\geq 1\) such that \(U^{(n)} = 0\) then \(U\) is said to be solvable. The Jordan algebra \(J\) is called by the authors associator semisimple when \(\dim J\neq 1\) and \(0\) and the center \(C\) are the only solvable associator ideals of \(J.\) It is well known that the subspace of the multiplication operators \(R(J)\) is a Lie triple system under the triple product \([R_x,R_y,R_z]=[[R_x,R_y],R_z]\). The authors show the way as properties like solvability, semisimplicity and associator semisimplicity of \(J\) are related to the corresponding properties of \(R(J).\) Also they prove that finite-dimensional associator semisimpe Jordan algebras are semisimple and they give an example of a semisimple Jordan algebra which is not associator semisimple. The paper concludes with the determination of all the associator ideals of every reduced simple Jordan algebra over an algebraically closed field of characteristic \(0\).
