\(C_{\omega}\) is an extension of positive intuitionist logic. This paper shows how to extend Kripke semantics for positive intuitionist logic to characterize \(C_{\omega}\). The non-truth-functionality of \(C_{\omega}\) negation is handled by adding an extra component to the model structure, which (partially) determines which negated forlulas are true at which worlds. Soundness and completeness are proved via a Gentzenisation of \(C_{\omega}\).
