Summary: In evaluating decision making units (DMU) by using data envelopment analysis (DEA) techniques, it happens that more than one unit gets efficiency score one. In such a case there should be some criterion to rank these DMUs. Up to now, all DEA models could rank only extreme efficient units. In this paper the authors propose a method for ranking extreme and non extreme efficient units.
